As the founder of Relax & Reflect Botanicals, I believe in the power of nature to nurture. I offer personalized aromatherapy consultations, education, and organic skincare, formulated just for you. 

All my products and formulations are vegan, cruelty-free, and ethically sourced. Any preservatives used are all plant-based.

Essential Oil Products

  1. Essential Oil Products are never a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Do not use them in conjunction with prescription or topical medications.
  2. Always patch test your skin to check for reaction/irritation.
  3. There is a plant-based preservative in the facial skincare products, but should you notice a change in smell or sudden skin irritation, immediately stop using and wash skin thoroughly with a mild soap.
  4. There is no sunscreen in these products, and some may be photosensitizing. 
  5. Always keep lids and caps on firmly since air can oxidize and spoil the product.

Relax & Reflect Botanicals began with a passion for natural healing and personalized care. I am committed to offering the highest quality aromatherapy consultation, formulation, and organic skincare. My mission is to empower you with knowledge and products that promote genuine well-being, handcrafted with integrity and thought.

My name is Susan Sheridan, the owner of Relax and Reflect Botanicals and an NAHA Certified Aromatherapist. After spending many years in the entertainment industry with a deep appreciation for the power of expression and human interaction, I transitioned into healthcare, which also required a deep appreciation for human interaction. With more than 15 years of caring for the body and promoting overall wellness, I discovered my own life's transition leading me towards a more holistic, simpler approach to well-being. This is when aromatherapy became a major part of caring for myself, thus allowing me to better care for others. I enjoy spending time with clients, listening to all they have to tell so that I can formulate a product that meets their needs and promotes wellness. It is important to me that each individual I consult with feels heard.

I received my education from the New York Institute of Aromatherapy and am certified through the NAHA (National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy).
